Fomin Advisory provides independent financial and project advisory services to private clients, investors, and developers operating in Spain, Portugal, and related jurisdictions. Services include, but are not limited to: project financial advisory, investment structuring, asset repositioning strategy, and deal support and due diligence.
All services are professional consulting in nature. Fomin Advisory does not sell, broker, or facilitate the purchase or sale of real estate or any financial products. Any projects or assets referenced on this website are presented as examples of prior advisory work only.
The scope of each engagement is defined in a written service agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement of work.
Services are invoiced on the basis of a fixed fee or hourly rate, as agreed in the service agreement. The fee structure, currency (EUR), and payment schedule are set out in the agreement before work begins.
Payment is made online via a secure payment link provided by Fomin Advisory after the service agreement is signed. We accept major debit and credit cards and bank transfer (SEPA and international wire).
Invoices are issued in accordance with Spanish tax law. VAT may apply depending on the client's jurisdiction and tax status.
The client may cancel a service engagement at any time by written notice to hello@fominadvisory.com.
Before work has commenced: full refund of any advance payment made, processed within 5 business days.
After work has commenced: the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the date of cancellation, calculated pro-rata against the agreed fee. Any overpayment will be refunded; any outstanding balance will be invoiced.
Because Fomin Advisory provides professional consulting services, refunds are assessed on the basis of work completed at the time of the refund request.
Eligible refunds: If a client requests a refund before any substantive work has been performed, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Partial refunds: If work has commenced, a refund will be calculated proportionally to the share of work not yet completed, as determined by Fomin Advisory in good faith.
To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to hello@fominadvisory.com within 30 days of payment. Requests submitted after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of a dispute, the client is encouraged to contact Fomin Advisory directly at hello@fominadvisory.com. We aim to respond to all disputes within 5 business days and to resolve them amicably.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU law.
For clients based in the European Union, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Fomin Advisory does not sell physical goods of any kind. Accordingly, a returns policy for physical products is not applicable. All services are intangible professional advisory services delivered digitally or in person.

Services are available to clients operating within the legal framework of the European Union and other jurisdictions where the provision of such advisory services is permitted by law.
Fomin Advisory does not provide services to clients in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, or where the provision of such services would violate applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law.
